If you need help:
To host an image:
Press the 1st button in the 5th category above that says "Host an Image"
Press it, press browse and then change the size
You'll get a link for the image you uploaded and then press the 2nd button in the 5th category above which is "insert an image" then paste the link of the image
To insert an image:
Press the 2nd button in the 5th category
Paste the image location and press okay
To insert Youtube video:
Press the last button in the 5th category that says "Insert Video"
Then paste the YT video link and press okay
